Hi! I am Chaohua Ou. I am an educator and instructional designer, and my passion is for leveraging new technologies to improve student learning and support student success in different learning environments. I focus on learning design that integrates pedagogical best practices and technologies. I am also interested in design-based research, using both quantitative and qualitative methods to examine how learning design and learning technologies impact student learning.
I completed my Ed.D. in Instructional Technology at Texas Tech University, and now work as the Assistant Director of Learning & Technology Initiatives in the Center for Teaching and learning at Georgia Tech. In this role, I develop programs and initiatives to promote and support the effective use of technologies in teaching and learning.
